  • Colaborar com o Data Office para apoiar a implementação do Programa de Transformação de Dados do Grupo, com
    forte foco nas capacidades de Data Governance habilitadas pelo Microsoft Purview;
  • Apoiar a integração das práticas de Data Governance ao longo do ciclo de vida dos dados, utilizando funcionalidades do
    Microsoft Purview, como catalogação, classificação, linhagem e insights de acesso.
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipas de TI e Arquitetura de Dados para apoiar a configuração, integração
    e otimização da ferramenta de Data Governance – Microsoft Purview;
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento das tendências do setor e das tecnologias emergentes, contribuindo para a melhoria
    contínua dos processos e ferramentas de Data Governance;
  • Apoiar a construção e manutenção contínua do Catálogo de Dados, garantindo informações precisas e atualizadas
    sobre descoberta de dados, metadados, linhagem e diretrizes de uso;
  • Colaborar na definição e acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho e métricas de qualidade de dados
    relacionados às iniciativas de Data Governance; 
  • Apoiar a definição, implementação e cumprimento de políticas, normas e boas práticas de Data Governance, incluindo
    participação em avaliações periódicas de conformidade;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com o CISO e o DPO para garantir alinhamento entre Data Governance e Proteção
    de Dados, incluindo requisitos de Privacidade e Segurança;
  • Colaborar com unidades de negócio, equipas de TI e outras partes interessadas para compreender requisitos de dados
    e promover uma abordagem colaborativa e pragmática à Data Governance;
  • Apoiar a formação e capacitação de data owners, stewards, custodians e outros colaboradores sobre princípios,
    ferramentas e práticas de Data Governance;
  • Contribuir para a mudança de comportamento organizacional relacionada ao uso de dados, reforçando a visão dos
    dados como um ativo valioso da empresa


Requirements

  • Formação superior em Ciências da Computação, Tecnologias de Informação, Engenharia,
    Gestão, Economia, Negócios, Finanças ou equivalente;
  • Experiência prática com Microsoft Purview, incluindo catalogação, classificação, linhagem, gestão
    de metadados e aplicação de políticas; experiência com outras plataformas de governança (ex.:
    Collibra, Informatica) será valorizada;
  • Forte compreensão de outras dimensões da Gestão de Dados – ex.: Qualidade de Dados,
    Gestão de Metadados, MDM e Privacidade e Segurança de Dados;
  • Experiência na definição de modelos operacionais de governança, papéis (ex.: data owners e
    stewards) e processos, e na sua integração em equipas de negócio e técnicas;
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, com capacidade para
    colaborar entre equipas e níveis hierárquicos;
  • Certificações relevantes (ex.: Microsoft Purview, Azure, Data Governance ou Gestão de Dados)
    serão uma mais-valia.
