Description
- Manage and maintain the existing integration between Ping AIC and Salesforce.
- Ensure smooth operation of identity services across all connected applications.
- Define authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
- Ensure proper handling of identity data between ForgeRock (=Ping AIC), Salesforce, and downstream systems.
- Enforce security best practices for identity management.
- Provide technical support for identity-related incidents and escalations
- Monitor and improve CIAM performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements
Years of experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Customer IAM Integration Engineer, or equivalent
Functional Skills
- Experience of GDPR compliance and other relevant data protection regulations
Technical Skills
- Authentication and Authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
- APIs (Rest).
- Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (Formerly ForgeRock).
- Integration with CRM (Salesforce).
- Experience in System migrations.
- Knowledge of API-Led Connectivity.
