Estamos com duas posições abertas para Analista de Recrutamento Tech: uma para nível Pleno e outra para nível Sênior.
Buscamos profissionais que atuarão na identificação e atração de talentos de tecnologia em diferentes países, conduzindo os processos desde o alinhamento com as lideranças até a contratação, garantindo qualidade, agilidade e excelente experiência para os candidatos.
Responsabilidades (para ambos os níveis)
  • Hunting e abordagem ativa via LinkedIn Recruiter e outras plataformas
  • Condução de entrevistas técnicas e comportamentais
  • Validação de proficiência em inglês
  • Gestão simultânea de múltiplas vagas
  • Alinhamento constante com lideranças
  • Organização e atualização do pipeline
  • Networking ativo em comunidades tech
Perfil Pleno
Buscamos um(a) profissional com autonomia na execução das demandas, boa gestão de prioridades e capacidade de conduzir múltiplas vagas simultaneamente com organização e qualidade.
Deve atuar em parceria com lideranças, garantindo agilidade nas entregas e boa experiência para candidatos e stakeholders.
Perfil Sênior
Buscamos um(a) profissional com ampla experiência em recrutamento tech, incluindo posições de alta complexidade.
É essencial ter forte atuação em hunting estratégico, autonomia total na condução dos processos end-to-end e visão de mercado para mapeamento de talentos. Espera-se postura consultiva junto às lideranças.


Requirements

  • Experiência sólida em Recrutamento e Seleção com foco em Tecnologia
  • Experiência com hunting ativo
  • Visão sistêmica do processo
  • Boa comunicação e organização
  • Familiaridade com Microsoft Teams, Outlook e Pacote Office
