Description

  • Manage the full device lifecycle across Windows environments, including enrolment,
    provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, and decommissioning.
  • Design and maintain standardized configurations, policies, and security baselines
    using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
  • Implement and optimize Modern Device Management solutions.
  • Automate provisioning, policy enforcement, reporting, and operational workflows
    through cloud integrations and enterprise APIs.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture, proactively resolving
    issues.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and continuously improve platform
    capabilities following industry best practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing endpoint environments at enterprise scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Windows 11 enterprise
    configuration.
  • Experience with Modern Management and GPO coexistence.
    – Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proactive, resilient, and assertive mindset.
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Business-level English and Portuguese.
