The position can be based in either Stockdorf or Lisbon.
You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
  • Manage and enhance our SAP MM and SAP Ariba (SLP, Sourcing, Contract Management, Purchasing) module, including interfaces with other SAP modules and peripheral systems.
  • Support the transition of the Webasto purchasing department to S/4HANA.
  • Act as a global partner to the Purchasing Excellence Team, translating business requirements into technical solution with cross-functional impact on all processes.
  • Act as a global partner to the Procurement Excellence Team, translating business requirements into technical solutions with cross-functional impact across all processes.
  • Solve complex problems as 2nd and 3rd level support, ensuring timely resolution of calls and compliance with processes and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external partners for the implementation of new requirements and incident management.
  • Lead subprojects or manage small to medium-sized projects for the development of the ERP purchasing scenario.
  • Facilitate workshops with business units and key users to optimize our purchasing system.


Requirements

This is what you bring to the table:
  • Degree in economics, business informatics, or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional experience in SAP module support or consulting (including analysis and process optimization).
  • Solid experience in SAP MM Purchasing; ideally complemented by knowledge of SAP Ariba (or similar procure-to-pay suites).
  • Analytical mindset combined with practical implementation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English (German is an advantage)
  • Experience in project management in IT environments
  • Experience with AI or data analysis is an advantage.
  • Ideally, experience working in an agile product team or as an agile master
