Estamos em busca de um Tech Lead experiente para liderar iniciativas técnicas em projetos
Salesforce, garantindo qualidade, escalabilidade e alinhamento com as melhores práticas.
Este profissional será responsável por orientar equipes de desenvolvimento, atuar como
referência técnica e colaborar com stakeholders para transformar requisitos de negócio em
soluções robustas.
Funções:
  • Liderar tecnicamente a equipe de desenvolvimento, garantindo boas práticas e padrões de qualidade.
  • Atuar
    como ponto de referência para decisões técnicas e resolução de problemas complexos.
  • Colaborar com stakeholders
    para coletar, analisar e traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas dentro do ecossistema Salesforce.
  • Garantir
    que a equipe siga metodologias ágeis e utilize ferramentas de gestão como Jira e Confluence.
  • Delegar tarefas de forma
    eficiente, mantendo um perfil hands-on para suporte em momentos críticos.
  • Orientar a equipa na configuração e
    desenvolvimento de componentes Salesforce, assegurando aderência às melhores práticas.
  • Participar ativamente do
    planejamento técnico e da definição da arquitetura das soluções.


Requirements

Requisitos Funcionais:
  • Experiência comprovada em liderança técnica e gestão de equipas.
  • Excelente capacidade de
    comunicação com públicos técnicos e não técnicos.
  • Perfil empático, eloquente e colaborativo.
  • Forte habilidade de
    resolução de problemas e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos e colaboração em
    ambientes multifuncionais.
  • Capacidade de traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas eficazes.
Requisitos Técnicos:
  • Proficiência em linguagens e frameworks relevantes para Salesforce: Apex, Lightning
    Components, Salesforce DX, APIs Salesforce.
  • Ferramentas: Visual Studio Code, CLI Salesforce.
  • Domínio em HTML,
    CSS e JavaScript para desenvolvimento front-end.
  • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento back-end/front-end na
    plataforma Salesforce.
  • Conhecimento avançado em: Integrações via REST APIs, Modelos de segurança e arquitetura
    Salesforce, Depuração e troubleshooting em produtos Salesforce.
  • Experiência robusta em desenvolvimento .NET (C#,
    ASP.NET, Web API) – diferencial com muito peso para integração e arquitetura de soluções – híbridas.
  • Conhecimento
    em desenvolvimento web com React, incluindo boas práticas de componentização.
  • Experiência com testes unitários e
    testes end-to-end (E2E) para garantir qualidade e confiabilidade das entregas.
  • Compreensão profunda do modelo de
    dados, modelo de segurança e melhores práticas Salesforce.
  • Entendimento sólido da cultura DevOps, incluindo:
    • CI/CD, pipelines automatizados.
    • Ferramentas como Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions ou similares.
    • Integração
      contínua, entrega contínua e práticas de versionamento.
    • Familiaridade com metodologias Agile e ferramentas Atlassian
      (Jira, Confluence).
Diferenciais:
  • Certificações Salesforce
  • Experiência em projetos complexos com múltiplas integrações.
  • Experiência em
    E-Commerce
  • Capacidade de atuar como mentor técnico para desenvolvedores.
