Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated resource for handling critical case assignments during parallel rollouts or high-risk project
situations. - Act as first responder for critical issues impacting timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams to resolve blockers quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain escalation logs and ensure transparency of critical issues to management.
- Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues and improve process resilience.
- Communicate status updates and resolution plans promptly to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Years of experience: 7+ years in ERP project management, issue resolution, or escalation handling roles and data migration projects.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA migration programs or large-scale rollouts is mandatory.
Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP rollout processes, data migration dependencies, and business-critical workflows.
- Ability to analyze root causes and propose preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Skilled in risk assessment and contingency planning.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with common automotive SAP S/4HANA target architectures, data migration processes especially when
migrating non-regulated, non-SAP systems into S/4HANA, and integration points. - Understanding of incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and escalation workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and reporting dashboards for tracking critical cases.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management frameworks.
- Knowledge of incident and escalation management best practices.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, also when under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in time-sensitive situations.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask during parallel rollouts.
- Calm and structured approach to managing crises and escalations.
