Join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of digital marketing solutions based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This professional will collaborate with marketing, business, and technology teams, ensuring effective, automated, and data-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Create, manage, and optimize journeys, automations, and multichannel campaigns (Email, Mobile, SMS, Push, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain Data Extensions, segmentations, and queries (SQL)
  • Configure and optimize Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
  • Work with technical teams on integration with other platforms (CRM, APIs, external systems)
  • Support the definition of functional requirements and best practices for marketing automationPerform testing, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of campaigns
  • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
  • Support users and marketing teams with training and functional support


Requirements

  • Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Good knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio
  • Experience in SQL for data segmentation and management
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and multichannel campaigns
  • Experience in data management, consent, and deliverability best practices
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Autonomy and sense of responsibility
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of AMPscript and/or HTML/CSS for emails
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
  • Experience with integrations via APIs
  • Experience in Agile environments
Profile
  • Analytical, organized, and results-oriented
  • Proactive and eager to develop technically
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Languages
  • English – C1​
