Description
The Quality Management & Compliance Process Expert is responsible for implementing and validating Quality
Management (QM) and Compliance processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment and strategic enhancements, as
well as the definition and governance of required data adjustments and data migration tasks. This role ensures that
business processes meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational quality objectives while
leveraging SAP best practices, and that in the respective site readiness / rollout projects the data migration tasks such as
preparation, data cleansing) are being completed according to the data migration plan.

Responsibilities
- Process Design Adherence & Configuration
- Understand the target process defined by the Qality value center Global Process Owner (GPO) and configure SAP
S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) processes aligned with the target process and business needs and understand and
govern the required data structure for these processes, as well as the data migration efforts within the respective site
readiness / roll out project. - Integrate QM processes with related modules (MM, PP, SD), and strategic additional solutions such as MHP cockpit for
end-to-end quality control. - Set up the required compliance workflows to meet regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA, SOX, GDPR).
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all processes adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain / support audit-ready documentation for compliance and quality processes, ensure that documentation is in line
and accessible for ZF internal responsible persons regarding internal and external audits. - Testing & Validation
- Develop test scenarios for QM and compliance processes during SIT and UAT phases.
- Validate that configurations meet quality and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the site readiness / roll out project members, business stakeholders and general process owners
(GPOs), IT teams, and data migration factory team members and leads. - Provide training requirement needs towards the central training and learning team and support the rollout / site
readiness project with guidance on QM and compliance functionalities in S/4HANA. - Continuous Improvement
- Monitor process performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and compliance towards the value center /
GPO and ensure continuously work to improve the data migration procedures to work towards a factory-like migration
approach. - Stay updated on SAP best practices and regulatory changes impacting QM and compliance, and apply integrity with
regulatory frameworks (ISO standards, FDA, SOX, GDPR).
Requirements
Years of experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a SAP Quality Management process and data expert in S/4HANA
transformation projects including data migration experience. Experience including the MHP Cockpit is a plus.

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP QM module and integration points and the corresponding data migration requirements
when moving from either non-SAP environments to S/4HANA or from ECC systems to SAP S/4HANA. - Knowledge of compliance workflows and audit requirements.
Soft Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, not sacrificing accuracy or data structure conformity under
time pressure. - Ability to balance stakeholder needs and harmonization requirements.
- Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Certifications
- SAP certification in Quality Management or S/4HANA
