Description
The SD Data Migrator is responsible for transferring, validating, and optimizing data from the legacy system’s SD module
to the new strategic format. This role ensures data integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout the migration process,
supporting smooth operational transitions and minimizing downtime.

- Data Extraction & Transformation:
- Extract data from existing SD modules, cleanse, format, and transform data to meet new system requirements.
- Data Loading & Validation:
- Import data into target systems using approved tools and scripts.
- Perform rigorous validation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed migration logs and documentation, and generate reports on migration progress, issues, and
resolutions.
- Quality Assurance:
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly, and communicate errornous patterns towards all stakeholders clearly

- Agile methodologies
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management approaches.
- Knowledge of data migration best practices, including mock runs and cutover planning.
Requirements
Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of professional, hands-on experience as SD data migrator
Functional Skills
- Proven hands-on experience in data migration projects, preferably in non-SAP to SAP migrations, SD processes and modules.
(Experience)
- Familiarity with SD modules, ERP systems, and SQL databases. (Experience)
- Experience with SAP MDG, SAP SD and transfer from non-regulated systems into regulated processes. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of SD workflows and processes. (Preferred)
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in data migration tools, DQN, and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data validation techniques.
Soft Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, not sacrificing accuracy or data structure conformity under time
pressure.
- Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Languages:
- English- C1
- Portuguese – B2
