Description

Regime: 2x/semana no escritório Lisboa.
Estamos à procura de um Tech Lead .NET para reforçar a equipa da Unidade Social e de Saúde, liderando projetos de
desenvolvimento personalizados com impacto direto no setor governamental.
O profissional será responsável por garantir a qualidade técnica das soluções, orientar a equipa de desenvolvimento e
definir padrões de arquitetura e boas práticas de engenharia de software.
Responsabilidades Principais:
  • Liderar uma equipa de desenvolvimento full-stack (.NET e React).
  • Definir e aplicar melhores práticas de arquitetura (Clean Architecture, Clean Code).
  • Projetar e desenvolver soluções escaláveis baseadas em microsserviços.
  • Supervisionar a integração entre backend e frontend.
  • Apoiar a estratégia de testes e a configuração de CI/CD.
  • Mentorar desenvolvedores e promover o crescimento técnico da equipa.
  • Colaborar com stakeholders técnicos e funcionais para garantir o alinhamento de requisitos.


Requirements

  • +8 anos de experiência em .NET Core.
  • +4 anos de experiência com ReactJS.
  • Forte experiência no desenvolvimento de APIs RESTful.
  • Proficiência em ORMs (Entity Framework Core ou Dapper).
  • Experiência com Message Brokers (RabbitMQ ou Apache Kafka).
  • Sólida compreensão de arquitetura de microsserviços.
  • Experiência com bases de dados relacionais (SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
  • Desenvolvimento de Single Page Applications (SPAs) com React.
  • Conhecimento em testes unitários (xUnit, NUnit).
  • Experiência com Git e Gitflow.
  • Obrigatória experiência com Clean Code / Clean Architecture.
